A T.G. A4 sedan was headed northbound on U.S. 15-501 Bypass in Durham this morning about 7:30 a.m. The morning light caught the color just right. Geez, I thought Pelican Blue was bright. This color is over-the-top, ladies and gentleman. I like it!

It is unfortunate that they discontinued the color. I love my 99.5 2.8qms Avant in tropic green. I get compliments on a near-daily basis. There is a pic in the registry, if you want to see it.

My dealer thought that I was insane to order in that color unthl he saw it!

Yeah, my dealer was worried that I might back out on my order (pelican blue Avant qMS) because he was convinced they'd never sell the damn thing. It turned out that they got at least three offers to buy it while it was sitting on the showroom floor waiting for me to pick it up. Long live the cool shades.
