What a feeling ;) Was in second and finally realized he wanted to race, so I romped on it and worked him.... Wouldnt line up with me at the next light, got behind me, and stayed behind for like a mile even though I was at the speed limit, till I turned off.

Unless it was an auto AND a convertible. I test drove a 2002. They come with 260hp, a great 5 speed but crummy seats and handling. The brakes suck too.
The easiest way to tell if they are easy prey is by the taillights. The horizontally divided tailights are the slow ones unless they are the rare 5.0. The vertically divided ones are usually pretty quick.
I had a few extended runs with a modded notchback LS 5.0 on 417. He kept blocking me in and then taking off. When we finally went from side by side I put maybe half a car on him and held him off. I also had a passenger and luggage in the car. His car was dumping a lot of black smoke so I guess it may not have been running right.

He had a passenger (female) and I was by myself. He didn't seem too thrilled that I was glued to his ass up to about 95 down 192. I slowed for a traffic light and the jackass continued. Swerved around an SUV in the right turn lane then almost lost it as he made his right turn. Fvcktard. It was a burgandy 5 speed coupe. It was definately a GT. (and before I get blasted for 'street racing' there was no one in our lanes between those two lights IE no cuttin and weavin, and thats why I ran him).
There is a guy at work with a poser V6, funny as hell the first time he followed me out of Tupperware. He has dual exhaust on the V6 plus GT wheels, it LOOKS like a GT but it sure as shiat doesn't SOUND like one ;)
The auto/convertible combo is easy prey on the highway, never run one from a stoplight though.
