Filing for lemon law,and your supposed to email a final repair attempt request or whatever to AoA. Whats the address?

but they were ready to take it all the way to court (BBB arbitration is a circus). When I asked if I should get a lawyer, the rep from GM said he couldnt advise me on that. So I asked him if he had a law degree and he said yes. So I told him I would see him in court with my lawyer (Had a name ready to drop) and a week before my court date, they cut me a check for the vehicle. Be prepared to spend a good 6 months on this. You will also have a substantial amount of paperwork built up. But get them for every dime you can. They owe you for payments, insurance difference (if any) and out of pocket costs for mileage to and from arbitration/court, and any personal expense incurred.

But I did talk to my lawyer before filing any paper work just to get his perspective.
