Sebring has a lot of personality and history to it. It's also got some unique (or dumb depending how you look at it) turns that you won't see anywhere else. My main complaint with Sebring is it's a little rough on the cars. There's quite a few areas where the types of surfaces change and there's quite a few bumps and dips. You would think with a major international race it would be maintained a little better.

Sebring is my favorite of the three tracks I've done, but not by much. I think Homestead is a very close second with a challenging track and excellent facilities.

i've been to 3 out of the 5 tracks mentioned.. think mid-ohio was the most fun/challenging course. Roebling Road would be the best for beginner/intermediat club event type things, not for the big buck instruction.. Sebring is long, roughness wouldn't matter since you're not going to be using your own car.. it never really bothered me, maybe my suspension is too squishy to notice.. had a great time at mid-ohio quattro club event.. Craig Liechty puts on a fantastic event.. the mid-ohio instructors(real professionals) are very good.
have fun at whichever one u choose
