What kind of experiences has anyone had buying a car through carorder.com? Good points? Bad Points?

I have an A4 on order, it's due in February. I had some pretty severe breakdowns in the lines of communication. The car was supposed to have been ordered but wasn't. I pestered them for about a month until it got straightened out. I got the car for under invoice (2000MY at 99 pricing) so the headaches are probably worth it. While the concept of typing in what you want at the PC and having it show up at your door is nice, it's not realistic. I'm sure going directly to a dealer would have been less work, but for me the $ savings won out. Good luck.
