Saturday morning I took on the latest mod to my `01 A6 2.7T, adding the Stramosphere Hyperboost Diverter Values. The installation took about an hour. (I'm a computer guy not a mechanic)
After driving with these for 2 days, I can definitely tell the difference, especially in tiptronic. Up-shifting now produces no lag or hesitation. The car has constant pull all the way up the gears.
Below are some snap shots from the install:
The virgin engine...

Stock (Bosch) Diverter Values. Note the position of all clap screws; you want to put them back the same way because they are positioned from the factory for easiest access.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/33936/dsc00037.jpg">
HyperBoost Kit. Includes all necessary pieces. I reused the stock claps because they fit the hoses exactly. The claps provided in the kit did not fit the hose grooves exactly. The zip ties worked fine (Duh)

Another shot with values out of the box.

Stock values removed. This was the hardest part. It was tricky getting the values off the hoses and the single use Audi clips are a pain to remove unless you have tin snips.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/33936/dsc00042.jpg">
Everything set for the new values.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/33936/dsc00043.jpg">
Close up of passenger side hoses w/ values removed.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/33936/dsc00044.jpg">
New values installed. The Hyperboost values are a fair amount larger than the stock ones. Also, I initially thought the heat sink casing was just a nifty design and for show, but after the test drive I felt them and they do get pretty hot.

Another shot from the side. When putting the plastic cover back on I did notice that the driver-side value rubs up against the bottom of the cover. I don't think this will be an issue but I'm going to check it periodically to make sure it is not burning the underside of the plastic cover.
