According to what I read on AutoZine.
I'm sure the US won't see one of these either (that's DOT legal), bummer eh. Wonder what it's gonna cost? RS4 was like what? 65K USD new. RS6 is gonna break the bank.
I'm guessing since they figured out the biturbo V8, the new S4 is surely going to have it.

No manual trans either, could you get the 4.2l with a manual trans in Europe? I wonder if the S8's gearbox could be retrofitted.
Looks pimp though and the brakes sound amazing.

We had gotten some bulletins on it a few months back and Audi was talking about putting a "tuned" version of the 4.3 in the S4. I think that's a great idea. Forced induction adds so many more variables for engine management. More wires to fail, more sensors to go bad, faster degredation of other components due to excess heat etc. NA engines are inherantly simpler to operate (from an engine management standpoint), more reliable, and less expensive to repair over the long haul. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I'm against forced induction but I sure would not own a 3-5 year old 2.7 without an extended warantee.
