Is it possible that at 125-130 there is enough turbulance coming off the bumper to cause the turbo to be starved for air, and therefore hesitate?

I don't do 125 everyday;) I usually wait for someone to pass me, wait for 30 seconds then tear ass up to them. It doesn't take long to go from 70 to 120.
