The amp rack (box) and sub box from my dodge has been sitting in my living room for 3 months now. I don't have plans to use it in the Audi, but it just so happened that it's a perfect fit for the Audi pretty much.

The amp box measures 3.75" tall, 38.25" wide, and 13.5" deep. It housed a PPI PC650 amp but could easily house 2 smaller amps.

The sub box measures 9.25" tall, 38.25" wide and 11" deep. It housed 2 JL 10w4's and there was a minimum of 1.0cu ft per drive (divide chamber) and it is sealed.

The box is built out of MDF, the amp box particle board. Good quality construction and carpetted in a burgundy but can be recarpetted rather easily (it's just spray on glue).

It was designed so the box fit perfectly with the amp rack. In my 2001" truck, the box and amp rack fit perfectly between the narrow area at the back of the trunk (closest to the seats).

Anyways, Whoever wants to give me $50 can have them both. I'll bring them to a club meeting or you can come get them, I'm out by UCF.

I'd use it myself but I don't want to sacrifice that much trunk area again, so I'm going another route.
