Just got back into town from the new A4 class.
Wow what a car. CVT trans is going to take some time to get used to though. The technology in this car is incredible. I think the optional glove box cooler was a little much,but with that big subwoofer in the back I doubt I will here any more complaints about not enough bass.

Because of the design of the CVT it would have to be totally redisigned for Quattro so it is not used. As for Quattro with Auto. the shift gate now only shows rev/drive/sport or tip. The cool thing now is "tiptronic in "D" position. You can shift the gears while in drive with the switches on the wheel. After 10 seconds the car comes out of tip unless you shift again.( the 10 sec counter stops while the car is in turns then restarts)
