This has happened twice now. The battery has died, however it still takes a charge leading me to be it may not be the battery. This time the car only sat for a bit more than 72 hours. What gives, is my replacement V1 horked or is there something wrong with my electrical system (dread)?

It won't take a charge and its not even moving the voltage meter at all. I guess its time to call Audi Roadside assistant to get the car towed. I hope my car can get on the truck.

Don't let him try to pull the car on without putting a slab of wood down in front of the trucks bed. I almost lost the front air dam of off my Scirocco once while having it pulled onto a flat bed. I stuck a 2x6 legthwise on the ground in front of the lip of the bed and it helped bridge the gap and worked fine. The driver thought it was a great idea and asked if he could keep it.

Seeing how low your cars is, they will scrape the crap out of it on the flat bed and surely scuff a rim or 2. Just drive your Honda and get a new battery from Mike H., then drop off your old battery later.

So....too lazy to hard wire your V1? I think you better consider doing the V1 hard wire when everyone comes over for oil change day at my house on Sunday. One thing we could do is swap V1s and see if it still happens with mine in your car.

If it won't get up without scraping I'm just going to bag it and do what you said. What is Mike's number?

As in crazy mods or how they treat their cars? Was this at the dealer or the tow place? Please do tell!

I think that most tow truck guys are idiots who get off on damaging cars. But when I had the 944S towed last, a 19ish year old kid showed up from Irish Mike's, and he was really cool and was very carefull with the car. Now those guys who tow downtown.....terrorists.
