As some of you may know, I have recently purchased a TT. I bought it in Palm Beach because I was not excited about doing business with our friends at Classic. I have read some threads about the poor service at Classic. Is that what most of you have found?? I am just wondering what to expect when I go in there. Especially considering the club is planning on attending the ground breaking for their new location. Thanks,
Jason

At one time Classics service was about as bad as you can get without loosing your franchise. The service team leader Mike Hadley is a 15 year Master Technician and a club member as well. I purchased my car in Pompano and was taking it to Melborne for service but Classic; with the help of Mike an Rod Neff (service manager) have really turned things around and I would higly recomend them.

Sales department sucks(went there three weeks ago to buy a car and was ignored, so I drove to Tampa to buy my A4) but the service is good. I have a friend with a 2000 A4 that is serviced at Classic and he hasn't had any problems.
