Immediately after the annual summer picnic at Lakeridge winery, Craig Marshall will be hosting a BBQ for our club at his house in Oviedo.
Craig has a million dollar BBQ Grill that would make Bobby Flay jealous, and wants to put it to good use for our club! We will be leaving Lakeridge winery sometime around 3:30, and then head over to Craig's for grilling and swimming in his pool (swimsuits are required until sundown).
Craig will be providing the BBQ supplies and food, and we will coordinate drinks and side dishes while at Lakeridge (I will be providing much of the soda & beer). If you want to volunteer to bring a side dish, please email Craig at cmarshall1@cfl.rr.com.
And for the highlight of the evening, Craig and I will be having an Iron-Chef showdown (after several beers) and the loser will be forced to take over the futile duties as club president. The winner will get to wear a goofy chef's hat out of George Osmun's wardrobe.
