I bet a BMW could REALLY fly out of someones butt! :~0<p>Anyway, I'm not sure of the history of this phrase, but the first I heard of a similar line was in the SNL Wayne's World skits. Wayne would sometimes say "yeah, and monkeys might fly out of my butt." Madonna also used this line in the infamous dream skit.
