Just want to know if it is OK to leave the dirty mitts and MF towels for several days unwashed and wash them in a batch?

I do the same. Just remember to wash all your MF separately.

I wash the microfiber cloths by themselves, because the microfiber grabs lint/fibers from other fabrics. Mine pile up until I have enough to justify doing a load, so some will sit for a long time before being washed. Several days is nothing.

I like to let them air dry before I add them to my MF bag. I keep all my dirty MF separated in a mesh bag. Be sure not to pile them on the floor. They will pick up all kinds of crap.

It's like any fabric you leave dirty for a long time. I wash mine every two weeks, but never dry them
