To make a long story short, I've got a spiderweb pattern in my brilliant black paint. Is this permanent paint damage? I can't see the pattern unless I get up close or the sun catches it right.

Should I take it to a professional detailer rather than do it by hand (only ever detailed silver cars before, haven't done my S before)? It's really annoying seeing those marks in there.

Also, if I bring a bottle of touch-up paint from my dealer, how much will a body shop charge to fill up a few scratches?
