Yeah, total PITA, but you don't have too many ways around it. One you clean up the residue...make sure the next time you polish or was that you clean out all the residue from those little chips and pits in the paint. Using a product that doesn't chalk up can go a long way towards keeping your sanity. Zaino products won't turn white and flaky if you leave some residue behind. Not sure what happens with P21S (GEPC or Wax) and Blitz if you let them dry up? I'm generally pretty good about cleaning up all the wax/polish residue.
