little specs here and there and some bigger ones too. I spot cleaned it yesterday with simple green and it took all of them off. I just used a 100% cotton towel to apply it. I let it soak and then whiped it off. I had to apply it 2 to 3 times on the really large pieces of tar. Worked really well. Just thought I'd pass the info along. The wheels are BBS painted silver if anyone was wondering. I'd be tentative to use the simple green on my paint. I guess it would just need a glazing and re-waxing after.
