I love the regular rainx stuff. Just wondering what windshield wax was like.

It worked very well for what it was supposed to do. It was raining hard, and the whipers didn't have to do much work because most of the water was beading and being blown off.

But it leaves a film on the windsheild, and swirls which is kinda anoying because I like to keep my windows clean =)

i think i know how to defeat it. use a damp cloth the first time i buff it.

I use it from time to time. While it sure is fun to watch the rain blow off your windows, it requires frequent re-applications. Becomes one of those last-in-line items because I'm so busy doing other things to my cars on a daily basis to keep them looking clean.
