My car is one year old and going throught it's first Texas summer. I was wondering if it is safe to use 3m imperial hand glaze or is for older cars that need it. I also bought some blitz wax and was wondering if I would get a better finish by glazing and waxing or just waxing. My car is Melange in color. Any info is appreciated!

The Imperial Hand Glaze will take out all those little minor scratches and swirl marks. Then since you've stripped the car with the IHG, give it a good coat of One Grand Blitz wax. You'll love the results! If you give it another wax a week later, it will give it an even deeper shine! I do it for 3 weeks. It's amazing!

I use Griots products but I think other brands like 3M and Blitz also apply.

When I did my wax job this summer I cleaned, clay bar'd, #3 machine polish'd, and Best of Show Wax'd my car. The results were spectacular. I had probably waxed the car 2-3 times since it was new but this was the first thorough job. The finish seems to be hard enough now that polish brings up the lustre nicely. Griots #3 is also a filler (or so called glaze) so the minor irregularities were nicely polished away or filled. I also used the P-C polisher and that made the process a breeze.
