What is the best way to remove a light film of oversprayed paint from the windshield?

its clay used to get harder things off of the paint. Most local auto parts stores have them.

Mother's makes a good clay bar. I used it to prep the paint for polish/ wax and I think it's the best product I've ever used for removing contaminants from the paint surface. I never thought of trying it on glass as RickM suggests but it works there too.
