Noticed a very small tear on the back of my headrest and am looking for ideas on how to fix it. I guess I need to find a better way to transport my autocross tires and wheels.

It looks like something snagged it and there's a ~1/8" long narrow v-shaped piece sticking out.

I have the Ecru interior, if that matters.
