I've checked the usual places around here; no luck. I tried to order one on-line from properautocare.com, but they only ship within the US .....

But I have seen them on sale in a store called Showcase. They sell many products that you see on TV paid advertising program. Where are you located?

You can get the California Water Blade at Showcase, next to the licensing office.

http://www.calcarduster.com/</a

clean there is a danger of leaving fine scratches.
I carried one while I was on the road and using
coin-operated washes. I did some damage so now the damn thing is relegated to doing home windows

She told me that they have been sold out at Square-One since Christmas and doesn't know when they will get more. They also have none at the main warehouse, but she phoned the store at South-Common and they had a couple left. I bought one of them :)
I didn't know they had a store there either. If you go in the entrance just off Erin Mills Parkway, beside Kelsey's, it is just on the right hand side.

...if you still have grit on your car's finish after it's been washed and rinsed, you're obviously doing something wrong. Now if your water supply isn't reliably grit-free, that's obviously a problem, but that can and should be cured by installing an in-line filter.

Well, I tried it out on Sunday. Not only is it a great time saver, it also does a great job! Way better than towels. The water is removed instantly whereas with a towel it takes a few passes, so no water spots what so ever.

Because I live in an extremely dusty area where small amounts of dust will just about always blow onto my car before I can dry it.

I've tried the Blade and synthetic chamois products, but nothing is as safe as cotton towels.
