It's really a property of the material. It doesn't absorb like leather does. What I do for things like seats is whip it down with the stuff and then go over it with a dry cloth to remove the excess.

very similar in consistency to Armor All, watery. It's always a pain as it drips down the front of the bottle, and usually oversprays the rag.
If anything the good point is that it deters you from applying it directly onto surfaces. You have to spray it onto the rag first (which is preferred)

Vinyl needs something liquid like as it won't soak in other wise. Vinylx smells better to. Same shine as Armor All low shine formula.
