I tried it a few weeks ago. I didn't care for it as it seemed like it always left a haze behind.

I then used Glass Plus and it cleaned the windows nicely on the first cleaning.

I went back to Stoners and decided to use a little more 'elbow' grease. Looks like it worked 'very' well this time. I assume the trick is to do one cleaning, then used a clean paper towel for a light 2nd cleaning and actually buff it with some good effort. Have others found this to be true?

Also, what have you used that is safe on interior windows after tinting? I think I saw a post about a product called 20/20 ?

The trick I've found is to use two kinds; one after the other. It sounds funny but they are all actually pretty good (one specically made for automive so as not to contain any amonia) but your car windshield experiences a plethora of road grime and each cleaner is targeted to clean most of the stuff off. Then, when the first got a lot of the stuff of but left its residue, the second one will take that off right away. I guess chemically, they can't make a cleaner to disolve everthing and be streak free.

Just my $0.02

...works well for me. You can also use a plastic polish such as Plexus.

Eagle One 20/20 is also safe for tinted windows, but I've never used it before. It is readily available at most auto parts stores (can't say that for the Eimann Fabrik cleaner.

Eimann Fabrik Clear Vision Auto Glass Cleaner

and have had good luck with it. It seems to cut through the off-gasing produced by the plastic in the car. I have found that using a low-lint cotton cloth seemed to work better than paper towels (maybe due to the dyes & glues used in paper towels).

Comes in a hot pink can. Available at Ace Hardware.

Works similar to paste wax, pour the stuff on, rub it in, wait for it to dry, buff it off.

It took stuff off my windows nothing else could.
