I know 2Bennett just came out with one, and there are a few of the European suppliers (dialynx and that german company I am spacing the name of right now), and originally I was thinking I would keep it original. But I am afraid that when i check this car in for paint in a few months that some of those bubbled rust spots under the paint may need to be cut out and if that is the case, i'm thinking I will want to go ahead and put the beefy fenders on the car. Largely cause the way that Q looks in that pic makes me giddy.

I know there are several on the board that have done a2 and sport Q body kits...can any of you guys recommend the best sources from your experience?

get a decent finish. You might give Andrew at 2Bennett a call and discuss with him. IF their stuff is as straight out of the box as the car that they brought to Urq25, then the price may not be that far out of line.

Here are the two places in Germany that I can think of off the top of my head. I think Martin knows of some more as well.

Why can't someone just make all this stuff in good ol' fiberglass again...

a fraction of that...but if it sucks and costs 10k in fab to get it to work and still looks half-ass, i'd rather get the good stuff i suppose...
thats brutal though cause i assume with paint that makes it a good 25k+ of work. (jeebus this car is going to cost me a lot of money :-))

I bought a CF kit from Poland and find the quality to be great. Molds were taken from an original SPort so it's not a copy of a copy.

Anyhoo.. I am hoping that this summer we can start making first few pieces.

Hope this helps.

Geesh, I feel like we're never going to get a decent option for the middle income person.

Check older posts - I had a good rundown. The AM cars stuff seems like the best deal and quality is apparently pretty good.

Martin, am I reading correctly - you're making copies?

The front bumper looks interesting. What material is used to fill the holes.

Just in case anyone is interested in carbon fibre or fibreglass wings we now offer all the above in short and long wheel base road and rally versions.
