HI guys,

This is my first post on Audiworld.

Some of you I've met before.

Anyhoo, I finally got my 84 urq up and running
after a very long time!

Basically a full restoration from the ground up.

I just want to say a big thanks to Martin Pajak
and Mike Hopton. If it wasn't for these guys letting me drive there cars and help keeping me
motivated, during many a dark time(Beer included), this project would probably have died, along with my sanity a long time ago.
These cars are a challenge to keep running at the best of times.
Thanks to forums like this, it makes the job alot easier.

Here,s a short video of the car starting for the first time on Friday.

And heres my Motorgeek thread.

Maybe I can be lucky enough to get a ride in her when she makes her Thursday debut?

The link is to the start of Craig's project thread on Motorgeek, where he posted back
on Wed Oct 11, 2006.

Needless to say, even then I think Craig had already been working on the
project for quite a while.
