and that's on an 85 with the factory rolled fenders. See my post below with pics and details.

I didn't try it with tires installed as you can see from the post, I just mocked it up, but the extra inch of width on the 009's is all to the outside compared to the stock R8's, so it's pretty unlikely that you'd be able to fit them without modding the suspension pulling the fenders, or something else pretty extreme.
