Its very nice for me to see the many interrest people for the urquattro, in germany we say Uri, in the USA !
Do you know how many urquattros live in Amerika?

I'm guessing that in 25 years about half of them have been destroyed by collisions or rust. Of those that remain half have problems.

Total sales in the USA were 664 according to the Wiki. I have owned two of them and I love my Silver 1983 (MC motor) that I own now. The previous was a Helios Blue 1983.

If you have a calendar of Audi ur/sport club events in Europe, I would like to attend and photo some of your cars. I have located 2 ur Quattro's in Italy todate.

I do enjoy driving thru the alps and having a tall one in the high country of Germany (on right)

2 Uri's wouw :-), perhaps I can change my coupe quattro to a Uri 10V. Bud its so expensive ! For a good 10V I must pay 15.000 Euro or more............

Yes, its from a Audi coupe, but the red leather was only in a Edition "Mouton" 500 coupes only in black was build so !

In Canada much like anywhere else condition is everything. My car is a little rusty, has an MC1 transplant, and various other tid bits of 'upgrades'. I bought it for $2750 not running.

Well rebuilt cars fetch a much higher dollar. And original, unmolested cars the most with the exception of race heritage rally cars... and unless you are an oil barron or a dot-com exec then forget those because they are in never never land for the most part.

What do they sell for in Germany?

Ja, hier schriebe auf Englisch. Ins Urquattro-Forum schriebe ich auf Deutsch. Mein Deutsch is ziemlich schlecht, aber manche Deutscher kann mich verstanden. ;) Dein Englisch ist ausgezeichnet!

Hier gibt es ein Paar bilder meine Sitzen in Mouton-Rot Leder. Ich werde die Mittelteil in Jacquard-Satin mit quattro Schriftzug beziehen.

The Jacquard-Satin Stoff was purchased from an upholstery shop in Germany years ago. I do not remember the name, but I bought all that he had.

If you park it next to Stone Gray you will see the difference.

If I had it to do over again, I may well have gone with that color on my ur quattro. It really shows off the lines and it pretty unique as far as ur quattros go. Easier to match than pearl white too...
