Dutch UrQ

Has anybody put a B4 swaybar and strut mounted drop links on a UrQ? After several bushing upgrades, my bar is still clunking when I back up, and I still have more body roll than would like. I already have a front bar mounted on the back (nice upgrade) but I would like more roll control. I just spent much time & $ on redoing by suspension recently, so I am not interested swapping out subframes and a-arms for 4k units. The strut mounted links of the B4 setup seem like a better solution anyway. Is it just as simple as welding a few tabs to the struts and popping in the B4 unit? Any BTDT? Thanks
OBTW, I am departing Hawaii for Ft Worth, TX in June. Looking forward to not being in UrQ isolation anymore.
