Does anyone have 18 inch rims on there Urq or is 17 's the largest you can go?

On some of the earlier models, you'll have some serious issues with clearance in the rear wells.

18" wheels weigh a ton unless you spend a fortune. Remeber that tires are part of the suspension. The rubber bands you'd need would be very solid... Like Micheal said.. Wagon Wheels.

I agree with that. To each his own but I don't get this trend for monster size wheels at all. A larger wheel is heavier obviously, which meens it increases unsprung weight; bad for handling. But also, the rotating mass and centrifugal forces of these large wheels mean the car will not accelerate as well, and more importantly braking suffers dramatically. I won't presume to force my tastes on you, but I don't think they suit the car either. However if you really like them, do your own thing. They are easy to change, just expensive. Just be prepared to pay performance penalties in every way.

they're necessary to fit over huge brakes, and budgets allow for relatively light versions; IMO, the wider trend is cosmetic, and still questionable. Nothing like an open-design, large dia. wheel with teeny, tiny little OE brakes--and air--showing through.

Your 17's are pretty far out what is the off set?
My 17's I have now sit in more.

the final build list ill post it and they will be on there. It definitely like it better with the way its filled out now.
