I am not sure of the engine code the car is in L.A. I am way up North almost in Oregon. I will call someone down there Tues. I know that it is an early 83 car one of the first shipped over.

is that there are different piston diameters for different engine codes. But where did you get 50mm? The WU, WE, and KH engines (all '83 vintage motors) for example all have a bore of 79.5mm. Those are the only specs I hav at my finger tips, but you should be within a mm or two of that for any engine code. My ABY is 82.5mm for example.

The standard pistons were 79.5 like you suggested. I need a set of either 80 or 80.5. Or any other suggestion you may have. The motor is stuck and I would like to rebuild that motor to keep the numbers matching.
