Anyone know where to get the bushings for the chunk of aluminum that spans between the accelerator pedal and the throttle cable? One out of two are still made. drats.

Just get two of the kind that you CAN get. Same as the ones on a 4000q..

Just happened to me a few weeks ago. The two foamies are close enough to be the same to not matter.

I got this idea from a friend. Go to a VW dealer and ask for accelerator pedal bushings for an 85 GTI.
Bring the metal piece with you and you will find
the fit perfect and are made of a a much better rubber/urethane than that foam rubber crap.
