If you have any leads please let me know. Audi of Germany no longer has any and we have a customer with an orignal that has been wrecked.
Thanks Chris

I only have 4, and one is a little bent.

I wonder if I could ransom the 4 I have if it would make Audi take action against the crap-ass dealer we have here in Buffalo.

I along with too many other AW folks and DITB folks have complained for years about them to no avail. We always get the canned answer, "we're sorry you've had difficulties...yada yada yada", but nothing ever happens.

The biggest reason there are so few Audi's in Buffalo, is that no one wants to buy a car from the dealer we have.

Last time I looked at the site that rates the dealers, they were near the bottom with a minus 2 rating. We do have a great VW dealer who would like to become an Audi dealer, but they can't. They're rated second from the top for the whole country. Go figure! Typical Audi logic.

This is just another example of Audi Corporate's complete disregard for supporting their older cars. I won't even get into the entire quattro history story that they tout up at every PR opportunity, while letting these cars fall apart by failing to offer replacement and maintenance parts.

If someone who owns a ****ing Sport Quattro who works at Audi USA can't get two replacement wheels what ****ING chance does the average joe have?

Boy, I feel better now.

I feel the same.

Audi has spent too many years blatently alienating their customer base.

Throw us a bone once in awhile.

The list of No Longer available parts for the quattro is embarrasingly long (and growing). Someone said before that interior trim pieces and wear items are practially unobtainium now. There are also front suspension parts on the 83 that are not available as well as many body panels. This is just inexcusable. And it should be our #1 PRIORITY right now to get something through to Audi on this matter. We need to get some email addresses and phone numbers of people that matter.

Do they realize that when they show pictures of the quattro and the rallying days that new Audi owners will seek out these cars and talk to us, the owners. It happens to me all the time with the rally car and the quattro. I can count at least 5 brand new Audis purchased directly from my pro-Audi sales pitch to my friends. 3 A4s, Allroad and A8L. I'm sure the rest of you have similar stories and word of mouth probably accounts for much of Audi's recent sales growth. Now Audi is selling cars, but I think that eventually this type of thing will come back to hurt them in the long run.

Its just frustrating and it taxes my enthusiasm for the marque and the car.

BTW, 600hpURQ since the 15X9 wheel is going to AudiUSA, I will sell it to you for 4000 dollars. And if the buyer is a member of ACNA, I'll mark of 10%. I have 4 more wheels I can sell him at this price. I'm totally serious.

This is how I feel when I get quoted 190 bucks for a CIS air temp sensor.

When they want to double and triple the price of parts with wanton abandon, how do they like it when it happens to them?

I'm pissed because I can't get parts for my Coupe which is a '90 7 years newer than yours.

This is sad that this is my first post on this site and it's on this topic.
Like squid posted are dealer in Buffalo is the worst. They want nothing to do with you and could give a crap. I took my car there for the coil pack recall and they turned me away... I had to have my friend who works at the VW dealer print me up a copy of the recall to show the Audi dealer. Then they replaced them. I have called Audi customer service several times to complain about them.. And they tell me they have several complaints about them. When I asked what they are going to do about it they say nothing... When it comes time to get a new car I may just go back to VW.

Also why in the world is a passenger side mirror about $130 more then the drivers side mirror on a A4? They are both the same size, self dimming and heated.. Audi could not give me a answer on that when I called customer service to bitch.. They told me Audi makes the price up. Well isn't Audi customer service Audi??

I really can't stand the dealer here in Buffalo. I posted a negative review on the dealer ratings website. I wished that the VW dealer in Orchard Park could do the servicing - it would save everyone so much anger management therapy.

I just purchased a CPO A4(not from them). A lot of good the CPO will do me as the dealer here is going to give me a hard time anytime I have warranty repairs.

I wish AoA would wake up and realize that BMW and MB dealers in the Buffalo area take really good care of their customers, and that's why there are so many of their cars around here in BUFFALO. You would think a company who makes premium all-wheel drive cars could take the lions share. BUt until they stop treating us like pests they'll never get much respect - or sales.
