from what i know, urq's don't come with that filter, it looks like this person just added it on.

and I still do not recognise it, the car does however have factory cruise control and factory aircon.
I believe the part to be something a previous owner has fitted because I have never seen any other quattro fitted with this, well not in the UK anyway.

Is that not the idle stableizer? (sp) It may have an electrical hook up on the back.
