i have an 83' ur quat for sale.the motor was blown up at 55'000 miles and completely rebuilt,
it has a new head, new cam, NEW TURBO.
it now has 55'500 miles on it, I rerouted the fuel pump relay to turn on when the key is on so the computer cant turn the fuel pump off. it is currently happy at 14 psi boost.the car also has a new clutch and clutch master and slave cylynder
as of now the car needs: tires, a muffler, 2 window regulators, a steering knuckle, a fuel pump, fuel tank, and minor fuel system adjustments
with the car also comes a spare cyl head, turbo, exhaust manifold, and intake manifold,
The body is in excellent shape (No dents at all)
there are some minor rust spots on the lip of the hood, and at the corner of 1 rear quarter panel
i myself am a mechanic and the car is in excellent mechanical shape, {no frame rot, trans mission is extremely tight(maybe new?)) I re-wired alot of the fuse panel and resolved almost all of the famous Ur-Quat problems it does need to be painted. the interior is a little rough, (slightly ripped front seats (due to sun) the dash is slightly cracked in a few places)
this car needs some TLC, ill try to get some pics up some time
as of now, the car runs, and drives, but is not happy over 3000 rpm (due to bad fuel pump) before the fuel pump died, I ran a sub 7 second 0-60 on a highway on ramp (my friend told me to slow down at 100 so i couldnt get a top speed run)
i am asking 3000$ for this car, i live in central jersey. Plz email me with any questions
