Hate to break it to you but OBDII was not required until 1996. Therefore, only the A4/A6/A8/TT and variations on those models have OBDII (in the US). This means that the VAG-Tool is useless for people with older cars. Even the 95 S6 did not have OBDII.

Most of which were actually sold in 1996, but due to OBDII couldn't be labeled as such.
