Now that I am working at Apple, it seems that AB would be closer for me to take my car in for service.

Does anyone know whether AB gives a ride for dropping off and then picking up a car for service?

But they will give you a rental when you bring your car in for service. You get a base rental at Enterprise down the street.

I haven't gotten a loaner/rental offered the past several times I was in, this included when I had the car in for the Tie-Rod recall service ( 2 days... ) and my last service...

So I don't know what the deal is with loaners at Anderson-Behel.

In the 12 or so visits, and follow-up visits, I have had at Anderson-Behel I have only got a loaner car (1999 or 2000 Jetta GLS) ONCE. All other times they have wisked me down Stevens Creek Blvd to the lovely home of the "Geo Metro"...aka Enterprise Rent-a-car. I actually upgraded this last time...I am currently driving a lovely Chevy Malibu (what style, what grace...yeah...where is it?)

I cannot use their shuttle service since I work way the hell down in Santa Clara (adjoining city). What, I must be at least 8-9 miles away. And like Stan said, it is only one way.

Face it...you get a Metro at Anderson-Behel (Love the Metro....Touch the Metro....Engulf the Metro...crap, where am I going with this?)
