The fork from t he Master that connects to the clutch pedal doesn't seem to want to budge and the Master is brand new.
I tried putting a wrench on the nut behind the fork and tried loosening the fork so I can adjust length but... no go... any advice?

The lock nut should turn freely away from the clevis (fork). The clevis itself is threaded and should rotate on the rod once the lock nut is backed off. Once you set the pedal height, screw the lock nut back up against the clevis to keep it in place. Its pretty redundant considering the clevis can't really move when its attached to the clutch pedal.

Remove the rod and spin the fork in or out depending on where you need to adjust it, then once you have the adjustment you want put the nut snug.

It should move freely. When I got my master I was just able to spin that part with flicking my finger. When I had to adjust it, it was easy, except for the circlip being kind of a PITA.
