(j/k, in all honesty, I'll take an Audi 5cyl over anything else anyday *grin*)...actually I've got the CGT back, and will be building a better turbo setup and getting the chassis in semi-race shape. And then will be selling it, again. =P The only downside to the CGT is FWD, more than 250hp is difficult to put down without major fender flaring and some 245mm+ wide tires. You can see in the video that even at 180ish hp the 205mm tires I have don't hold too well at WOT. I'd rather turbo a 4KQ, 90/80Q or type 89 CQ. Oh and CA vehicle and emissions laws suck too. lol =) I'm sure Mr. Garza agrees with me on that one. How are you doing by the way, good sir? fusilier 11-03-2007, 05:54 PM Did that have a Limited slip front diff? I've heard thats almost required with turbo coupes. SoCalCoupe 11-04-2007, 01:56 PM However during burnouts/launches the car would leave two strips on the road...if the road was tilted, one would just be a bit shorter. During second gear wheelspin the chassis waddles from left to right as you can see in the video; no doubt a limited slip or at least better dampers (bilstien sport) would help with that. ddg=shinebox racing 11-04-2007, 03:43 PM Got the crack in the trans tunnel welded up, got's some 500lber's for the front, and just had a new set of ball joints modified so they won't crack while on track!
