Is it possible to remove the sway bar then drive the car? I just need to move it out into my driveway to clean it off, without the sway bar.

I've removed mine completly for the winter, when I don't want as much understeer.

It's ok for the winter, because you don't get as much traction in the snow, so not as much body roll for the swaybar to fight anyway..
