I think it was the fuel pump relay. I totally forgot but I haven't been able to go above 5,000 rpms. Someone here told me awhile ago that it's that relay. Oh well doesn't matter now, she runs! One more coupe back on the road. Woohoo!!!!

My old 84 4k had it, it was standard. You really should have cruise on there, check the turn signal stalk, should be a toggle switch and button on the end.
