Alright...well to be honest, ma sh!t is not set up for track at all, but seeing as how I've never driven a car on a "real" racetrack, I'm down to make some runs just for the experience. I have quite a bit of experience canyon-carving and general street mischief and all, so I'm quite curious how a car behaves on track surfaces. I've always wanted to have a car I can do circuit-style racing...legally. So this will probably be a good kick in the pants to get me goin in that direction.
I'd say you have a deal as far as trading cars for a lap or two...I'll make sure to have some good CDs in the car, and turning up the bump in the trunk ;P

Yeah, well...the short answer is no turbo. I have 85% of the parts I need, and the part numbers of the rest, but I've put that project and other major mods to my car aside for now. Too much downtime, don't want to worry about it right now, no daily driver, gonna be moving into an apartment in a week, etc. So my coupe will only be recieving minor work here and there for a while.
And pending a drive in your car, I may drop the turbo project and go NF/NG instead. I am thinking about going back to school as well, so that's something I've got to consider. I don't want to have to spend money and time replacing turbos & related parts, setting up an aftermarket ECU, etc, if I'll be attending and paying for classes and books in addition.
Oh yeah, feel free to send me some info on the GTG, I will at least show up and make some runs. =)
