Listen brother, I'm going to try and track down some o-rings tomorrow and was wondering if you would be so kind to tell me what size those suckers are. I've gone through etka, virtually page by page, and have come up empty. I've searched the net until I was cross eyed, only to come up empty. Nothing. So, unless the parts guys at, either the stealers, or the jobbers know exactly where to look, I'm anticipating allot of head scratching tomorrow. I suspect you can sense my concern! If you could, I'd appreciate it. Thank-you.

For the smaller o-ring I used - I.D. 3/16", O.D. 5/16", Cross Section (width) 1/16". And for the larger - I.D. 5/16", O.D. 7/16", C.S. 1/16". Both are made of Buna-N (Nitrile) which is fine for gasoline according the Parker O-ring manual. I suspect the originals are metric but these sizes worked just fine for me. The ones I bought are made by a company called 'O-TITE!' part numbers 64008 and 64011. They make a kit which has a bunch of different sizes in it for use by parts stores. I got mine at "Bumper to Bumper" Auto parts here in Florida. If the Auto parts stores in your area don't have them you could try a carborator repair shop.
Below is a link to the company in Pennsylvania which distributes them. If you use their search feature for the part numbers I listed above you will find the o-rings. Maybe you could check with them on who may have the o-rings in your area.
Happy hunting!<ul><li><a href="http://www.rbinc.com/">http://www.rbinc.com/</a</li></ul>

I stumbled across this part number in my Bentley's for a repair kit for the '80 to '83 pressure relief valves which includes the two o-rings in question - 035 133 422 A.
I am going to look into ordering one from Audi if they aren't too expensive. I'll keep it as a spare.
