Hello,

I am gauging interest in the greater chittenden county area to offer special services for Audi owners.

I currently own a small private Rally shop, where we campaign a STI Version 5 Group N rally car in the SCCA/ProRally series. Prior to this I worked for John Buffum at Libra Racing for 7 years. I also worked for Lance Smith at Vermont Sportscar. I still work with Libra throughout the year.

I perform motorsport preperation and paint and body work. I have probably painted over 50 Audi's over the years, and I perform all the work on PitViper's car (I'm currently his roomate) and Raliegirl's 4000 and Coupe (she's my girlfriend).

At this time I am looking at several larger shops in the area. Upon moving, I plan to open to the general public, and subsequently broaden the scope of services we offer.

I've owned several Audi's, and have quite a bit of knowlege of the 4000/80/90 model line. I can offer most any paint work, custom fabrication of parts, exhaust, engine swaps, etc...

There are several avenues we're looking at to increase the services we offer, and custom work on Audi's is one we've considered. If there is sutible demand in the area, we will tool up to offer such services.

Do you people here feel there is sutible demand in the area, and what type of services would you like to see that are currently hard to find??

Skid Plates?
Underbody protection?
Etc...

Love to see a shop in Fairfield County (home of 2 of the 3 biggest Audi dealers in the US). otherswise, I'd only stop buy for the two weeks a year I am at Smuggler's Notch - until I retire to VT :-)
