the engines not really ready to go yet but i wanted to crank it over just to see.. the ignition comes on fine but when i push the starter button, i get a click and then nothing. the voltmeter reads 12.something and we tried jumping it but still nothing. any thoughts?

did you reverse the two wires?

...It did the same thing when i tried it before Ted came. It cranked fine after, no problem but if its been sitting for 2 weeks now it may need a little charge. If you didn;'t monkey with the starter it should fire right up. May have a wire mixed up or a draw somewhere. HTH
