cruise went out. Vacumn pump OK. Pulled vacumn switches from clutch and brake pedal, cleaned, and made sure were adjusted properly. Checked and pressure tested lines and diaphragm. Can't find a fuse or relay marked "speed control" to check/replace. Ideas?? Sure hope it is not the box I believe is under the dash and related to cruise but I guess that is my next stop if no other ideas surface. By the way speedomer/odometer out also. Not sure this relates to the cruise problem as it is my sons car and he can't recall if it all went out together. Ideas? thanks.

I had the same thing happen and it turned out to be the switch on the signal stalk. it can be easily opened to the point where you can spray in contact cleaner (i use "MG chemicals - Contact and Control Cleaner"). Just spray it into the switch itself and move it around, repeat a few times, but catch the overflow in a paper towel as it smells forever if it drips into your carpet. works great on any dirty or sticky switches.
