Been getting lots of rain lately, and often when I open my trunk lid (87 4kq) water pours out of it. Is the water getting in via the spoiler bolts or via the lenses?

Never did find out exactly where it was coming in at, but I suspect multiple locations. '81 tic-tac 05-16-2003, 12:46 PM fla864kcsq 05-21-2003, 11:05 PM i would think that it is the tail lights lenses that are letting in the water, since the spoiler is literally taped to the car, thus there are no bolts to allow the water in through. i have the same problem, and i am going to take the lenses off and silicone them all the way around to prevent any water from entering |
