View Full Version : '00 passenger door does not shut tight. Feels like it is out of line. Is this normal during breakin?

...if the door is out of alignment right now, it won't get better by itself as time passes. Have your dealer adjust it at your next service.

Oh. There is (or used to be) a MarkG who drives a 98.5 2.8 sedan on this board. Haven't seen him in a while and was suprised to see another MarkG posting about a '00 model.

I've been in Taiwan on business so havn't posted for awhile. I saw quite a few A4s in Taiwan. I wouldn't want to drive mine anywhere near Taipei. Almost every car I saw had damage to bumpers and the side of the car. There are a ton of scooters in the city and they drive them like maniacs.

I still have the 98.5 2.8. Are you still driving the Pelican Blue Avant? I saw one at a Lowes in Durham a ways back. It may have been yours, it's the only Pelican Blue A4 I've seen in the area.

Welcome home (if you're indeed back stateside.)

Due to pending marital status and massivce home improvement projects, I've been spending more than my share of time to Lowe's, so it was my wagon you saw. I think it might be the only A4 Avant in Durham County, let alone in pelican blue.

Thought so. That's only the second time I've seen a Pelican Blue Avant!. The first time was your car in the dealer showroom waiting to be picked up! Mine came a week or two later. I'm back in the states. Just in time since they just had another earthquake today.
