I'd guess 2-3 hours, its really not that hard. You could probably do it quicker if you rushed, but whats the point?

see i am looking at getting a 4000Q
and it needs a new timing belt, so i was wondering if it was worth it to get hte car and fix the belt my self or just forget the whole thing.

If the car is cheap, its a good idea. Plus 4Ks are non-interference engines so there should be no damage if the timing belt had broken.

I rented mine from Blau. They give you a good deal on the tools if you buy the belt from them.
Not to bad of a job other than the tight space.

It doesn't have the aux. radiator to make life difficult.
